My name is Rahul. J. Roy. First, I would like to thank you for visiting my Portfolio WebSite.
I am a Computer Science Graduate who enjoys Coding to automate tasks. I'm most comfortable with Python Language, although I have the knowledge of other programming languages.
Sports gives me GOOSEBUMPS, whether I'm playing or Watching.

During this internship, I learned and upskilled Python programming with a focus on Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
With this knowledge, I created a Text Analysis Project. In this project, I performed various tasks on textual data, like breaking it into words (tokenization), reducing words to their base form (stemming), removing common words (stop words), counting word occurrences and many more things.
I also got introduced to the basics of Django, a web development framework.
Using this newfound knowledge, I independently developed a Tic Tac Toe Game using the Django Framework.
This internship enhanced my programming skills and problem-solving abilities, setting the stage for a promising future in software development.
During my internship, I was engaged in a dynamic role where I collected data from diverse sources, with a particular focus on managing data stored in buckets from GCP.
This involved not only gathering the information but also applying effective tagging techniques to organise the necessary data from the unstructured data.
Furthermore, I was responsible for the crucial task of data cleaning, removing the unnecessary, irrelevant or redundant data.
This process ensured that we were working with high quality and relevant data sets. One of the most exciting aspects of my internship was my involvement in a sports project.
This experience allowed me to immerse myself into the field of sports data analytics and data management where timing and accuracy were key parameters.
This role required me to collaborate seamlessly with the team, honing my communication skills and ensuring that our efforts were synchronised and aligned with the fast paced nature of sports analytics.
Overall, my internship was an incredibly valuable and enriching experience that significantly enhanced my skills in data collection, organization, and communication.
ASMA: A Stock Market Analyser
ASMA
I developed a Streamlit application using Python to offer users in- depth research of a specific stock!
Created an innovative and quite simple UI to select a stock and
performed a statistical and predictive analysis!
One could view a wide variety of charts like bar charts, pie charts, highlighting the technical analysis of a stock. They could easily
download these financial reports too. Also, performed a sentimental analysis on the tweets of the selected
stock and show sentiments, word-cloud. Deployed a Machine
learning model to show the prediction of the stock prices!
Skills Used: Python, Streamlit, Machine learning
HAZEL: A voice-based virtual assistant
HAZEL
A virtual assistant that I built using Python, I programmed Hazel so
the user could play music, search anything, just with their voice
commands. They can also search Wikipedia and get the results of their desired
question as it appears in their browser, and hear the content too.
It can tweet from users Twitter account, send emails from users email address, open any social media sites, play music online and offline.
I also embedded the Google translator so that user can translate any
phrase or keyword from one language to another!

FILTERAM
FILTERAM
An image processing app built using Streamlit which shows a wide range of filters applied to the users input image.
This is an Image Processing App built with Streamlit, a web application framework for data science and machine learning.
The app allows users to upload their images.
It offers a range of filters, transformations, contrast adjustment, histogram equalization, and more.
Users can visualize the effects of different techniques and compare multiple modified versions of their images.
The app provides a user-friendly interface and allows users to save the modified images locally.
It serves as a practical tool for image editing and exploration of image processing techniques.

Zupee: Trump Cards Mania Analysis
Zupee
Zupee Trump Card Mania is an online game player deal with the cricket trump cards.
I created a notebook which gives a smart approach for users who plays Zupee Trump Card Mania on Zupee.
The notebook provides insights and strategies for selecting the captaincy, vice captaincy, and making optimal card selections during 1v1 card competitions.
Skills Used: Python, Data Analysis, Pandas
JUMBLEG: A time-based quiz Game
JUMBLEG
A puzzle game built using Python where user has to input the correct word from the jumbled one displayed on the screen.
And this must be done within a given time, and the game becomes more difficult as the player advances forward.
Skills Used: Python, Tkinter
Text Recognizer: OCR
OCR
A Python Program that can extract the text present in an Image.
User can select any image from their System, and the text will be
shown to their Programs GUI.
Skills Used: Python, Image Processing, Tkinter
